Builders and customers go elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting customer service, if you are a builder do not go with this site. I have made two complaints so far still waiting for response . I have spent over 40K , lot of outstanding jobs left and poor quality on the completed works. I am proceeding a legal claim for the damages caused. I will do my very best not to use them again.
