This company is the same as JCNM Roofing Contractors and has transferred its CheckaTrade membership to this one . I would suggest to be very careful of this company as their guarantee for work does not stand as it should. Leak repaired has come back but the attitude to support their work is very poor in that they will not visit to review the leak now only 16 months after completion. 4 times let down on visits with no comms on why and I had to chase yet after 4 I was accused of poor attitude even though I was nothing but courteous. No visit no warranty.

Unfortunately you fail to mention that we were hired to complete remedial works on 10% of your roof only and at the time of completion 18months ago you were very pleased with our work.
After the recent inspections which you also fail to mention, the remaining 90% of the roof has broken slates, holes in the flat roof and signs of wear and tear which I’d expect to see on a 40 year old roof. We have offered to quote for these repairs which you rejected.
Given the weather extremes over the last 18 month period and the clients choice to ignore professional advice at quote stage we can only apologise for this outcome but simply can not be held liable for original sections of roof which my company did not work on.
