  Rectification of poor repairs to car

  I used Etwelle for a tune up for my Rolls Royce; I found that the front wing and door on the driver side had been extensively damaged. The trader said a friend would repair it, one month later the front wing and door had not been corrected. I found complaining to the trader difficult. I was then charged for a tune up at parts cost only, I checked the price and it was lower.

  I am very disappointed with this customer review. We work extremely hard with our locals and community to provide a very fair and safe place to bring your car along to be repaired and get good advice. We do around 1000 jobs per year and I can look every customer in the eye and chat with them or correct any problems under warranty. The customers car was an old Rolls Royce with a serious engine problem, the car left the garage looking exactly the same as it was when it came in.

  Car bodywork repair

  Repaired several scratches to the bumper and nearside rear door of my hatchback. Fantastic workmanship at an excellent price. Courteous and friendly service.

  MOT and Replace Tyres

  Friendly service, competitive prices, excellent advice - all in all, exactly what I wanted from a garage (my first MOT in 20 years) so I would highly recommend them, and will use their services again

  Front bumper repair

  A scrape meant my front bumper was partially detached, and needed re-fitting to the car. Emailed the garage on Sunday, they called me first thing on Monday and gave me an estimate. Left the car with them on Tuesday morning and I picked it up at lunchtime (it is very handy that they are just outside the train station, so you don't have to worry too much about getting there and back, although they even offered a courtesy car whilst mine was being repaired!). No problems with the repair, which was as per the estimate. Very courteous service throughout. Expect to be using these guys for other car work going forward.

  Head gasket, Rover 25

  Being a ret Hells Angel ( Windsor Chapter ), and ex Pro Enduro rider ( Paris Dakar 9 times )..I was impressed, as I was spoken to as a " Professional " ,,as I run a M/c Restoration firm, was lent a car for the time ..no charge, and was offered a free oil change..  as I have a heavy limp...  all in all ..work that out against the agreed price...  where you gonna get that...you're not..simple as that...you're not..would I recomend..come round my garage and I'll put you on them in an instant..impressed..check me out...100% and if I need my car sorted..yup..it's down there..cheers matey..no arguments what-so ever....Stan .Bsc ( hons ) M/c eng.....
