  Smooth, professional, going above and beyond

  I had a very smooth experience getting air conditioning installed by Evans & Son. Louise was super responsive over email, and friendly and knowledgeable handling all my queries and sharing a quote with me, which was very reasonable. She, along with the team, went above and beyond when I asked if it would be possible to get a second unit installed. This was only a few days before the scheduled install date. On the day, the team arrived promptly, and they were very personable, professional, and efficient. The air conditioning works perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Evans & Son!

  Very happy with air con install

  We have had air conditioning installed by Evans& Son and are very happy with the process and results. They have been consistently professional which we really appreciated, including the great support from Louise in the office. They weren't the cheapest quote we had but we didn't want cowboys and are very happy with the decision we made. They worked with us to pick a good route for the pipework and were polite, clean and professional on site throughout despite installing during the heatwave. The quality of the work is very good a neatand we have a 5 year warranty for our Daikin system.

  We recently had three Daikin Stylish AC units installed, all connected to a single external condenser, and are very happy with the result. The installation took three days and was completed professionally and efficiently throughout. Mark came up with an excellent solution to route the pipework beneath a tiled bathroom floor without removing or damaging a single tile. Communication was excellent, the team was straightforward to deal with, and the workmanship was great. Highly recommended. Thank you!

  Best AC company ever!

  We recently had 7 Daikin Stylish units and 2 outdoor condensers installed by Evans And Son Heating & Cooling Ltd, including all electrical work, and the experience was excellent throughout. Mark, Louise, Robbie and Matt were professional, attentive, thorough and always kept everything clean and tidy. The job took around 1.5 weeks and despite some difficult loft challenges, nothing was ever too much trouble. Their can-do attitude, workmanship and customer service were outstanding. Highly recommended.

  Reliable and friendly

  We had our air conditioning installed in February and it’s really being put to the test now. From Day 1 the communication was excellent—clear, prompt and reassuring. Pricing was transparent with no surprises. The installation team were fantastic: polite, efficient and incredibly patient when my 5‑year‑olds decided to “help” by asking them endless questions.
