Structural survey
Excellent structural surveyor and he produced an excellent detailed 90 page report which helped me decide whether the house was worth buying or not. His prices are very reasonable and his availability was only a week compared to 5 weeks from other surveyors at the moment. I would recommend him to anyone and use him again.

Survey and Calculations Set for Buildings Regulations pertaining to upgrade and alterations to toilets provision in our church.
Very helpful, suggested changes, backed up by calculations, to original specification which greatly simplified the actual work undertaken. I would recommend their services and have no hesitation to using them in the future, should the need arise.

Complete and report a structural survey on a complex property matter.
This company were excellent to deal with. Promptly contacted me from a BARK.Com enquiry, Visited at the appointed time the next day. Spent as long as it took to complete the work without fuss or hurry. Within 10 days had the full report for use in the legal matters. It was not as forceful as we had hoped but it was fair honest and reported matters we had not been aware of. This is a company you can rely on and are always available for further help. We will re-engage them when it gets to design of a stressed retaining wall of some length. Happy to pay for such service.
