Diagnosing an issue with the hot water on a fairly new boiler.
Firstly I need to say a massive thank you to Mathew for coming out to the job so quickly and being very direct and honest with me from the start. Great price for his services and even gave me a discount because it was the first time I had used him. Very quick and efficient. Friendly and was pleasure to communicate with. Very transparent and open. A great professional who genuinely cares about his customers. Top class. 5 star. Full install of a new bathroom suite with some piping alterations
Matthew and shane were the pinnacle of professionalism. New boiler
Matthew and Shane were very polite and punctual and took great care of my property while work was carried out. Matthew kept me updated as the job was progressing and explained the job throughout, easing my worries about potential problems as I’m a bit of a worrier. After work was complete they thoroughly explained how my new system operates and ensured I was 100 percent familiar with the new controls etc and they also did an excellent job of tidying up after work was complete you wouldn’t have known they’d been there. Matthew and young shane were an absolute delight to have working in my holiday home. Matthew was a Valery talkative young man whilst young shame seemed to keep himself to himself and crack on with the task he was assigned. Extra Radiator fitted and another radiator relocated
