Plastering and tiling
Wayne did a great job plastering and tiling in my bathroom, nice, polite and listened to what I wanted. Plastering was so smooth on the bare walls, brilliant

Completed pretty much everything from, kitchen and bathroom fitting, plastering and tiling 5star
Wayne started work first week of November and was ever present daily and sometime even worked over to finish bits off. He took on a big job .He boarded and plastered everywhere, fitting a stunning kitchen and bathroom. He tiled throughout including new hallway which also needed self levelling. Wayne would always give me a shout and advise me along the way how he thought something might go or not go in the right place. Think with any tradesman it’s about punctuality and trust, Wayne definitely ticks these boxes. As for the work, it’s 5star, I’d be happy for him to work on any family or friends
Full bathroom renovation
Used wayne now serveral times over the last 6 years and he always does a fantastic job, the latest job was a full bathroom renovation he took it back to bare brick. Wayne and alec have done an amazing job, he always knows the best ways to get the best out of a room and always asks for your input on everything hes always punctual and works so hard to get the job done . Very trustworthy and always feel happy to leave him in the house while were working so never have to worry about getting time off work when hes there. We will continue to use wayne to do up the rest of our house
En-suite bathroom and family bathroom refit and tile
Wayne and Alec were both excellent. Always supportive and helpful with good suggestions for economic and useful changes. Wayne has a wonderfully cool head when things aren’t going to plan. Beautiful finished product in both bathrooms and just what I wanted! I definitely recommend Evanson Property Services!
Replastering and garage loft work
Superb experience from start to finish. Wayne worked quickly and diligently to a high standard (despite high temperatures). Initial quotation was pretty much spot on. Good experience from start to finish.
