Real top quality service - great impartial advice from MD Phil in the first place with no aggressive chasing, followed by very impressive lead time (ordered on Thursday, installed the next Wednesday, just days before xmas). Brian was early (spotted him waiting patiently in his van!) and was a consummate professional. His attention to detail, insistence on a high quality finish and really personable manner was fantastic and he did a top class job.

Great experience with EV Avenue. Initial contact with Phil was really helpful. He talked me through the process and our needs to get the best charger. They managed to do the install within a couple of days which is exactly what we required. Brian the installer was brilliant. Really friendly and helpful. Nice clean work and talked us through all of the steps.

Just had a new EV charging point installed by EV avenue. From initial contact to completion, the company have been excellent. Phil on initial contact was courteous, helpful and informative, even agreeing to hurry install date due to imminent arrival of new car. Brian arrived at the agreed time, was very polite, friendly and tidy, taking time to fully explain what he was doing and the operation how it works. Install was completed to a very high standard. My only comment is that full payment up front is required which for me is unusual. That said I would highly recommend this company Thanks

No response over months to multiple phone calls, emails. £350 out of pocket because they have no idea about the gov grants. Sent in all the paper work for them to complete and make the claim, take your money and then that's it. Nothing. If you are thinking of using the gov grant towards installing a charger with these guys, don't waste your time!
