The service was excellent from start to finish. Joe was highly knowledgeable, responded to all my queries promptly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was notified in advance about my installation appointment and the expected arrival time. On the day, Joe was punctual and extremely polite. He explained each step of the installation and then provided a comprehensive demonstration of the unit and the app. The quality of the installation was outstanding, with no issues. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend to others considering a home EV Charger.

Ben and two other colleagues of his attended early on the day of installation. They carried on professional and neat job. They considered all possible options regarding the cable to my garage which is bit far away from my consumer unit, although the cable is thick but it is barely visible. They are very knowledgeable, kind and approachable. Job completed surprisingly quickly to a high standard. Highly recommended.
