Good communication and efficient service

At a very short notice Craig proved to be very efficient and reliable in installing out EV charger. He made all the necessary steps for us not to lose the government’s grants when we were about to go on holiday and no one else took the responsibility to help us. He was very professional and clear, explaining everything we needed to know. Craig advised us to change the main fuse, but not just that, he actually contacted the relevant network on our behalf. He works impeccable and very tidy. On a personal lever he was very reassuring, patient, polite, punctual and honest. Could not ask for more.
