Jess thoroughly cleaned my flat and did an impeccable job. She was fantastic, but more than that, Kavi went above and beyond managing everything – from clear communication to checking we were happy with every detail. I was informed of a time window when they would arrive which was spot on. The boss arrived with the cleaner to introduce her and himself which was a nice touch. Having showed them round the lady got down to business and worked non-stop for the 3 hours. I offered a drink, but she refused and carried on working. She did an absolutely brilliant job, my house has never been so clean & sparkling. The boss returned to check that I was happy with the work. I'm very happy. This company are amazing! Brilliant service from my initial enquiry right up to the end of the job. Their quote was reasonable also. Kavi and his team worked exceptionally hard to such a high standard and were really understanding of the emotional side of house cleaning after the death of a family member.
