Removed a hallway radiator and left a leak that went unnoticed for 15 hours which has caused damaged to my solid wood flooring, my floor is now warped in some places with water damage marks on it, tried to make contact with him to resolve this issue but he has blocked me and won’t reply to any of my WhatsApp messages.Verified reviewerJob location: M2310 Rerouted gas pipe to cooker after a leak.

Highly efficient, clean hard worker. Extremely polite and very helpful. From coming to look at the job to completion couldn't fault him. Explained what needed doing as wasn't a simple reconnection, no pressure on us to give him the job. Beautifully neat job done, took care. Two lads turned up bang on time, explained everything and fitted the radiator perfectly. Took the old one away as well which was a pleasant surprise.
