Problem with boiler

9.5Few months ago my hot water pump broke and I called Everest heating, they replace the pump and last week it’s stopped working again and I called them engineer came and checked it was faulty pump he returned to screw fix and got new one as it was under warranty, this wasn’t engineer fault but he didn’t even charge me Thank you
