I had windows installed by Everest. The windows themselves are good. However, I asked specifically about window restrictors for first-floor windows and was told by the salesperson that these were included as standard. This turned out to be incorrect, as no restrictors were fitted.I have since raised this with Everest on multiple occasions, including a formal complaint, and have not received a response. This is disappointing, particularly as it relates to a safety feature in a child’s bedroom. A company of this size should be able to resolve this easily, and I therefore cannot recommend Everest

They actually take off the old wood so that you know in the future there won't be any damage to your roof from rotten timber.

Good but long waiting manufacturer time. It took 13 long weeks to get them delivered and installed

Very quick, the fitter was punctual, polite and helpful. Luckily didn't need to move all the furniture, fitter was able to work around.

Very competent ,clean and tidy work area. Pleasant workmen.

Had a front door with side window installed, service was great from initial consultation through to survey and install. Highly recommended
