Excellent service, reliable and professional
Everglade staff were punctual and polite from start to finish. They worked in a professional manner leaving our property clean and tidy after each visit. They also worked to a very high standard when replacing our fascia boards and soffits making a fantastic job which we were really pleased with. We would highly recommend this company especially when we asked if they could return to deal with a couple of small issues. Highly recommend Everglade & employees
Everglade has completed work for us previously to an extremely high standard was an easy decision for us to ask Dale & Darren to pop round & give us some ideas for our conservatory roof. Always great conversation & options to discuss with them both - they are such helpful, professional & very pleasant men. Job booked & a convenient appointment made for the fit. John & Roger came as agreed ( always on time) to commence the job. Again, they are proper decent hard working guys, spot on with their workmanship, leaving the job tidy & perfect. Professional from start to finish

Everglade PVCu Products was established in 2007. Dale realised there was a need for a committed double glazing company with a true dedication to customer satisfaction.
Everglade have always believed in sourcing their products from companies with the same high standards of commitment to quality as they like give to their own customers. By fitting Kommerling, Residence 9 and Beaufort profiles combined with Planitherm technology glazing, Solidor composite doors and Freefoam roofline products, all married with a no quibble ten-year guarantee, Everglades’ exceptional products speak for themselves.
To add support to our own 10-year guarantee, installations carried out by Everglade are also covered by an insurance backed guarantee. These policies have always been ‘best practice’, but from June 2014, all tradespeople MUST provide an Insurance Backed Guarantee with every installation or home improvement project. Everglade has used the Consumer Protection Association since the start of the company in 2007. As well as covering our customers’ deposits, the CPA provides customers with a short anonymous satisfaction survey upon completion of work being carried out.
Every quarter a chart is issued by the CPA showing our customers’ feedback; these are available to view at our showroom. Because of our dedication to customer service and the excellence shown in these reports, Everglade has been awarded a 5 years’ achievement award by the CPA.
Everglade has continued to grow, now employing 7 members of staff. We do not believe in flashy advertising; simple, honest good work speaks loud enough for us.
