    Good cleaning company, which I will use again

    I've used this company twice, and on both occasions they've arrived on time and done a good job. Their price was reasonable and I will use them again.

    Deep Clean

    Arranged for this company to quote me on a deep clean of my bungalow. They came round for a visit (and were late) and we agreed a price. They arranged to carry out the work on the Saturday. I received a call at 10pm the night before, and said they could not make it and asked if they could do it on Sunday afternoon instead! My son had taken the day off work so he could be present as well. Totally unprofessional.

    Thank you, Brenda. You originally said the job could be done Saturday or Sunday. Due to a childcare issue, we asked about Sunday morning. When you declined, we offered to stick with Saturday, but you cancelled.We acted fairly and feel the review is unfair

    Last minute Deep Clean - Superb!!

    Richie and his team completed a one off clean for us, this was carried out last minute but what a great job they have done. Highly recommended

    General house cleaning duties

    These guys were really great to work with. Communication was excellent beforehand - they confirmed the appointment the night before. They arrived and did a very thorough and professional clean. They are diligent, keen to please and appear to get satisfaction from a good job done. I've had several failed attempts with other cleaning companies who lacked the required work ethic. These guys were different! I hope to employ Everglow on a regular basis moving forward.

    lovely gentleman, provided own cleaning materials. cleaned inside windows as requested. worked for over 2 hrs without a break. other general cleaning duties carried out .
