I had my doors installed 5 years ago and was given a 10-year guarantee on the PVC elements. Earlier this year (February), I noticed cracks and got in touch with Michael to request a review. It took several weeks for him to come out. He suggested someone may have tried to force the door, which doesn’t make sense, I live in a quiet, safe area with no signs of tampering, and my neighbours would have alerted me to anything unusual. He said he’d contact the manufacturer and get back to me. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times by phone, text, voicemail, and email, with no real response.

Very very pleased with everything can not fault this company at all from start to finish Evergreen gave us exactly what we wanted and advised us all the way from start to finish was very easy When the guy came from Evergreen I expected him to be with us for hours giving us the high price then giving us the sales routine but nothing like that he gave us facts and a great price and we had 2 others in to quote he got the job because there was no' talk' and no exaggerated prices to start would highly recommend this Company I would be silly not too.

Michael was very professional at all times. He had good suggestions to guide me in my decisions. His builder who knocked through the wall did it by hand rather than use cutting drill to avoid dust through my house. Very considerate. Brushed up dirt and bricks. Took all the rubbish away without being reminded. The joiner was great to. All were tidy workers. Michael had it all organised and on hand to answer any questions. Very knowledgeable. Scaffolding delivered when it was meant to. I was kept up to date with each trade. Given a written quote ahead as discussed. All work went to plan.
