  We found Rich via Checkatrade and highly recommend. He is knowledgeable and reliable. Replacing our shower took multiple visits due to issues outside of his control (faulty goods), but he remained calm and even attended on a Saturday evening to ensure we had a working shower again. We have already asked Rich to carry out further plumbing works for us.

  Rich did a great job with a next day service and no call-out or minimum fee. He was up front about the solution and the cost without charging for diagnostics. He came and completed the job quickly with no mess and no fuss. Top marks.

  Replacement boiler

  Extremely diligent throughout the process. Rich was called out due to a lack of hot water. Painstakingly tracked down the problem. Kept us informed of progress and was honest and upfront about costs and options. Completed a full boiler replacement and central heating flush through. Would recommend Rich to anyone needing plumbing work done or investigating an Issue.

  Fixing leak under the shower

  Rich was very impressive, diligent and professional. He was very quick to find the cause of the leak between floors, took extra care to minimise damage, and was very flexible so that he could get everything working again as quickly as possible. Really happy with the service.
