James got in touch very soon after I’d messaged. Was super easy to chat through the job and send whatever images were needed. He arranged to come out to see it - very informative chat and discussed options and next steps. Clearly knows what he’s talking about and was easy to communicate with.

We had the sockets go down in the kitchen and upstairs and urgently needed them fixed. James diagnosed the problem then and there from a single photo on WhatsApp and walked us through how to fix it, offering advice on what to do to stop it happening again. James was professional, polite and clearly very knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend he or his company more highly.
