    Saull has been brilliant. He came up with ideas we'd not considered. Produced excellent plans and engineering drawings. Sorted out the building regs (which all became a bit of a rush, but he was straight on it!). He's amended a drawing and engineering work with no drama's, all round great service and lovely guy as well! Highly recommend.

    I couldn’t be any more impressed with Saul’s service he provided, I’m a carpenter/project manager and have worked with various architects for the past 20 years and without any doubt Saull is by far and away the best iv worked with, I was struggling to obtain planning on a new build and Saull stepped in and sorted everything out within a couple of months for me stress free. Don’t hestitate to use him yourself and I hope we do many future projects together.

We are a small family design studio and aim to be good value and provide an efficient and quick turn around time for our clients. 95% of our projects are completed and submitted to the local authority in 10 days or less from the day we measure up.

We cover London and the South East and provide all aspects of planning and building regulations as well as structural engineering -

We cover everything required for a successful planning and building control application in house and this allows EvolutionBlue to provide competitive fixed price quotes and the fast turn around time.

 

A typical application would be as follows -

 Initial client contact allowing use to discus project and survey from Google Earth allowing us to produce a fixed price quote for the required works (we also offer no obligation site visit to discus )

Once instructed we arrange a time and date to come and measure up the property/site and take details.

We then form initial sketch's and email to client, we then alter and amend the designs to get the client exactly what they want (so long as its feasible!) Usually 3 days form measuring up.

Once satisfied we form planning and building control applications and submit to local authority 

All under 10 days as we know most people discus and dream of creating their perfect home and so once you want to proceed its exciting to get things moving asap !

With over 20 years experience and a hugely varied portfolio of works we can offer interesting and budget friendly design ideas and honest advice. We design projects to fit into our clients ideal budget as there is no point in having a beautiful design if it can not be created !

 

We make no charge for amendments or changes the clients require and fully liaise with the local authority through out the whole process to provide our clients with a fast hassel free service 

 

We can also project manage all types of works at various levels of management available also on a fixed price so or clients know exactly where they are when it comes to our fees etc
