  Very fast and courteous service. Even came prepared with modules I didn't expect I would need, and braided cables without me even asking, and stayed extra to make sure the job was finished, including FLUKE testing.

  Noisy Telephone Line Issue

  We had problems with a noisy phone line and they came out very quickly and diagnosed the fault very quickly with the minimum of inconvenience to us. Very impressed with the engineers customer service. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

  Telephone extension installed to security alarm.

  It was a difficult job to do requiring wiring through floors and walls to reach the required position. I thought I had researched the best route but after inspection they suggested a much easier and tidier route which I accepted. The work only took half a day and the finished work I am very pleased with.

  Complete re-wire of Internet connection to increase speed.

  The work was done to an extremely high standard. It was necessary to drill through my exterior wall to re-site the connection from B.T. Despite the drilling, the work was done in a tidy and clean manner. Also, where previous junction boxes were removed, all wall surfaces were `made good` to a high standard. I also received advice on how to simplify the layout, which was accepted. Upon completion, Kevin checked the set-up was up and running and working well, including the Internet speed. I would therefore highly recommend and trust Kevin`s advice and expertise on any future work.
