Poor workmanship & unreliable
We hired Evolution Loft Conversions for an outhouse office conversion but would not recommend them. Despite a good start, repeated no-shows and poor workmanship led us to stop the job early, even after paying in full. Our expensive windows were damaged during installation, one no longer functions properly, and finishing work like skirting was uneven. They also left cigarette butts and rubbish in our garden. Although the owner apologised, no compensation was offered. Other builders later highlighted the poor quality. We would avoid this company.Verified reviewerJob location: IG310 Loft Conversions

Very reliable

Repair of boundary brick wall

Excellent, reliable, and tidy builders you can trust
I’ve now used Evolution for multiple building projects, including loft extensions, and have been impressed every time. The team is extremely professional, reliable, and tidy, which is rare to find in the building trade. They always keep the site clean and organised, and their workmanship is excellent.
