2 Cavity wall insulation and various energy improvements

Please think very carefully before using this company. After more than a year they have not fully completed the work they were supposed to do under connected for warmth, including cavity wall insulation and installing fans. They have been very messy on more or less every visit, there are problems with every task they were supposed to complete, very slow to address issues and in the end left a job half done with brick dust covering the toilet and hall, including in coats, furniture and personal possessions.Verified reviewerJob location: HR41 Poor appointment attendance.

Dreadful workmanship, caused condensation in the loft, install manager refused to re-visit. Following a formal complaint a second inspection was arranged at which 27 lap vents were fitted UPSIDE DOWN! The install team had no idea how to fit these, they have caused further damage to the membrane and I now want my roof inspected as the loft is very draft…my complaint remains ongoing, I will give them one more chance to rectify before I sue Evolve for damages and compensation. Surveyor came in Feb, said I would be minimum call out cost for the small nature of the work. Booked them in for summer thinking it would be quiet. Let down twice over 2 months. Installers turned up in september and noticed we had a gas fire. They said the surveyor should have spotted it and told us that we would need to put in a vent, or cap the chimney. Then left as they couldnt help. I phoned the office straight away, someone would call me back in a couple of weeks "when they had seen the report" 2 weeks later and was chased for an upaid invoice! From the initial survey to the work carried out the service was faultless. Neil, spent 3 days at our home and I can only say he treated it as if it were his own. The quality of workmanship and cleanliness was second to none and we were kept up to speed every step of the way. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
