    Excellent again

    Amer carried out a Schedule of Condition for our adjoining neighbours due to some extension works we are planning. We contacted him after he carried out a similar request a couple of years ago when we did some other work on our property. He was brilliant again - prompt responses, diligent planning, detailed report produced within 24 hours, and a very fair fee. Would definitely recommend.

    As someone who has not carried out any building works before it was fantastic to have someone who could explain the party wall agreement clearly and walk me through the process step by step. The surveyor went above and beyond to reach a swift and fair agreement between both parties and keeping myself and my builder up to date with developments. Would really recommend as I received outstanding service.

    Excellent service from start to finish. Amire was highly professional, knowledgeable, and kept everything clear and straightforward throughout the process. What really stood out was the speed of turnaround—everything was handled promptly without cutting corners.
