Good job and friendly

First company to respond. Quick response from Steve, Appointment booked for next day. Mark arrived on time, actually slightly early which was ideal for me. Removed old tap and replaced with a new (customer supplied) model. He had a modified socket spanner to enable his reaching behind the sink to tighten the securing nuts. Job finished and watertight. Just for info. --- Price quoted over the phone was correct but does not include VAT. Suggest this is pointed out to customers.

Good first phone call, they sent someone over that afternoon. Sam arrived, he was polite friendly and knew what needed doing. I was surprised how quickly he got the job done. This company tries very hard to help in an emergency, I rang them the next day with an urgent request for someone to change a tap, not expecting a good outcome. Within the hour Sam was here with the tap and fitted it very quickly. I was Very satisfied with the work done. And would happily recommend them.

EVO was great. Communication was excellent and he did an excellent job fixing the pipe despite it being in a horribly awkward place.

Ego plumbing were the first to contact me. James arrived within the time I was given, he knew the problem and had come prepared. He was polite and businesslike and did the job in around 20 minutes. I liked the way he worked and thought the price was reasonable. I would happily recommend this company to friends.
