I had an issue with the cold water tank in the attic. From the initial call to problem solved within just a couple hours. Can't thank you guys enough and won't hesitate to use again or recommend to others. Thank you!

Contacted via the website form on Sunday, received a phone back shortly after and arranged a visit for early the next day (it was not an urgent job). They texted arrival time , and cleared the (very) blocked drain promptly.

First company to respond. Quick response from Steve, Appointment booked for next day. Mark arrived on time, actually slightly early which was ideal for me. Removed old tap and replaced with a new (customer supplied) model. He had a modified socket spanner to enable his reaching behind the sink to tighten the securing nuts. Job finished and watertight. Just for info. --- Price quoted over the phone was correct but does not include VAT. Suggest this is pointed out to customers.
