Roof Leak Fix - Fake Chimney Removal
From the start Dan was incredibly helpful in finding the leak and providing quotes for the work to repair or remove the chimney. We chose to have the chimney repaired as this was the cheaper option. Soon after Dan discovered the chimney was beyond repair and offered to remove the chimney at no extra cost. Fabricating wooden crates

Garage conversion

New Path
A 1960s property had a large door step that had subsided so that it had an obvious dangerous slope; a narrow worn tarmac path led from the step to the street. Dan removed the step, built a solid foundation, and built a new paved step. He also dug up the path, and replaced it with a much wider path paved to match the step. There were some unknown problems uncovered, that required additional work.
