Boiler repair and service
I rang on a Saturday morning and Kris talked me through an initial diagnosis and, rather than charging for an emergency call-out, we agreed that he would come on Monday with a new fan. While fitting the fan he discovered some other problems which he explained and recommended a major service. My options were clearly explained with no pressure to choose a particular option. I accepted a new quote to return the following day with the parts for a major service. On both days Kris was friendly but professional, wasting no time and leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards.

Excellent service
Kris was great, very quick reply on the evening of my enquiry, visited the next morning, replaced the faulty part and gave the boiler a full service all done by that afternoon! Have set ourselves a calendar reminder to give Ewens Energy a call for next annual service.
