They don't turn up on time or at all. They do not communicate to let you know. They never reply to messages and walk away leaving a job unfinished

Quick quote, and quick job execution

Said they were coming out three times, never turned up.

Initially a positive response. Was told a visit would be arranged Thursday morning but was awaiting a time and was not asked for my address. I messaged a couple of times for an update the day before and called. I had no reply to my call or messages despite seeing that they had been online.

I had a huge bar & pergola build in my back garden, it's beautiful, they were very professional, & courteous, the work was carried out promptly, they were very chatty & made sure it looked exactly how I wanted it.
