Excel lent service.
Excel installed my system 6 years ago. Always been helpful and amazingly efficient. This week I phoned for assistance at 4.30 and the engineer had been and gone within an hour and a half. Brilliant stuff can’t praise them enough.

good guys to have on your side
Excel upgraded our alarm in 2018 and later added a CCTV system and have since then done a yearly service to keep everything going and overall the system is reliable. Equally Excel are very responsive if we do have any issues and sort us out quickly. Their service team are very polite and helpful indeed. I suspect our installation is quite basic and doesn't stretch their skills much but they understand that it is important to us. Overall, theyre good guys to have on your side.
