Major basement renovation including excavation, underpinning, tanking, sound-proofing and laying of underfloor heating to create a self-contained 1-bed flat with kitchen and bathroom. Finished on time and on budget. Good communication and high standard of work. Pleased with the end result.

Excellent extension. Very happy with finish and cost. Year later everything still looks fab. They listened and problem solved brilliantly when there was an issue with an order and even added unique shelving in the kitchen to a high quality.
