  Service and results well beyond expectations!

  Dan and his team did a fantastic job - making a small, depressing bathroom into a real feature. It was very clear that they weren’t just doing a job - they really cared about the result and constantly came up with ideas how to improve the design without adding to the cost. Faultless workmanship, amazing friendly service. Cannot recommend them highly enough

  Fantastic job

  Dan and his team refitted two bathrooms for me and did an absolutely fantastic job. From the help and advice at the planning stage through to the very thorough preparation and final fitting everything was completed to an extremely high standard and honestly exceeded my expectations. They guys were friendly and professional and also very reliable. Both bathrooms started and finished exactly on time with no delays despite some issues with deliveries. A huge thank you for an absolutely brilliant job and special thanks to Sebastian who did an amazing job. Would highly recommend!

  Highly Recommend Excell Property Services

  I hired Excell Property Services to renovate my bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They started exactly when we agreed and completed the work very quickly and efficiently. The finished bathroom looks fantastic, and it’s clear that a lot of care and attention to detail went into every aspect of the job.   Renovation of 1990s flat

  Dan and his team replaced a bathroom for us and we were so happy with it that I asked him to do our kitchen as well. In the end the team renovated the entire flat. They started on the given date and finished on time as well, they were skilled, deft, cleaned up after themselves and took away the rubbish daily. Dan's advice was invaluable, they consulted me before starting anything new and updated me as they went along. It was a joy to have them around.

  A great team for decorating and bathroom fitting

  The team from Excell Property Services did an excellent job at refurbishing my flat. It went from looking tired and unloved to bright and cheery in a matter of weeks. The team redecorated throughout and fitted a new bathroom to make the place look amazing. I cannot fault the standard of work and the clean tidy approach of the team. I will be calling on Excell Property Services in future and recommended them.

  Second project - same, great result

  This is our second project with Dan and team, and it went really smoothly, it was completed in just over two weeks which was amazing to have little disruption to our lives while work was carried out. Dan was really accommodating and helpful with the planning, especially as we had some last minute changes to plan, as the room became bigger when he existing fittings were ripped out. Seb and Val are also great, friendly and helped with the small decisions like placement of taps. The whole team are very dependable. The finished bathroom is really high quality and we are so glad we did it.
