  Excel Nort East provided a great service from day one, sales person very friendly and knowledgeable. Competitive quotation. Works carried out to a very high standard within agreed timescales, polite and friendly installers who tidied up at the end of each day. Good communication throughout the process. Windows and new roof to conservatory looks great, the conservatory is definitely warmer. Definitely recommend Excel North East

  From getting the quote to the fitting of the windows this company has been first class. I have to give the fitter 10 out of 10, no mess inside or outside and no redecorating inside and out also. Big thumbs up will definitely use this company again.

  We had three windows replaced by the company. From meeting Adam through to having the windows fitted by Dean (who must be an asset to the company) was a trouble free experience .I would definitely recommend Excel North East Ltd and would have no hesitation in using them again should the need arise

  Excellent service from start to finish good quality windows and doors both front door and patio doors fitters did a good and cleaned up what little mess they made only had the back windows fitted but getting them back to do the front ones great service good price

• A few months on and very happy

  Left it a few months to write this review to make sure was happy with the job. Had a 3x3 Victorian sunroom build on back of house. Was worried with us being mid terrace with no rear access that this wouldn’t be possible. The company worked around this in an excellent manner and completed the job to an excellent standard. Like with any job of this size there were problems along the way, all were rectified in a professional manner and we paid the price we were quoted on day one. Staff were polite and respectful- especially the main joiners. Would highly recommend.
