I contacted Excel Roofcare Ltd because I had an issue with my chimney. They advised I also needed a new roof. The works were agreed and the new roof was completed very quickly which was great and a 25 Year Guarantee was issued However, I was still having the same problem with my chimney. Since then, the communication from Excel Roofcare has been lacking; and it has been hard to get them to come back to address the outstanding issues. As a result I have had to ask another company to finish the job. The 25 year guarantee seems worthless and there has been little aftercare, so disappointed.

The work completed was well done, but the quote was inaccurate and ended up costed way more than quoted for. Also rubbish left on the drive
