  Conversion of a 3 bed bungalow into a 5 bedroom house

  Tim, Shaun, Mike, Mike and the team completed a super renovation and extension to our house. It was a big project, with problems and hurdles to overcome, and many extras added in along the way. The team have completed our project to a high standard, and we are extremely happy with our new home! We have now been in our new home for 7 months and have had no snagging issues, and the build quality is great. Lovely people, we would recommend Tim and the team.

  Repairs after replacement of conservatory

  The company did a replacement of our conservatory in 2017. When this year we realised a damp developed on one side wall was relating to the top roof, I was quite worried and contacted Tim. We are really grateful that Tim sent Mike to sort it out for us. Excellent service! And A very responsible company! Highly recommend.

  Conservatory replaced with an all year round room

  Such a pleasure to have Mike around. Nothing was too much trouble and he didn't stop working. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result, great warm room. We wouldn't think twice about getting them back.

  Supply and Installation of 2 UPVC windows.

  The new windows look great and installed quickly and very competently. Don't have anymore windows to replace now but will have Mike and Mike back anytime for other works when needed.

  Removal of a chimney and chimney breast.

  First couple of days were almost a washout because of heavy rain but Mike and Mike came inside and did what they could internally till the sun came out. Two of the nicest guys you could wish to meet who made an absolutely brilliant job and left the room ready for decorating. Would I use them again? Certainly would without hesitation.

  Windows replaced.

  We have used Expect for many jobs and this one was, again, done to our utmost satisfaction. Mike and Mick are extremely courteous and tidy and nothing is ever too much in order to ensure that the customer is satisfied. They understand exactly what is important and are happy to make suggestions to improve the end-result. We had several new large windows installed and all others replaced with tinted glass and are extremely happy with the results. We would not hesitate to contact them again.
