  Corrective raking out and repointing of back of Victorian terrace

  We discovered damp in the outrigger bedroom. Nick, highly recommended by a neighbour, confirmed that the wrong mortar had been used and badly applied in a patch up job nearly 20 years ago, leading to cracking and spalled brickwork. A difficult job, Nick rose to the challenge. He and Darren expertly removed the old concrete-like mortar and applied the correct lime mortar. Nick was keen to improve the poor appearance of the original brickwork and did a magnificent job. The team were meticulous about cleaning up daily and at the end of the job. Friendly and professional, a pleasure to have here!

  Bathroom fitting

  Nick, Stephen, Daren and Carl from Expert Masonry Ltd were a pleasure to work with. They were punctual, communicative, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. I particularly appreciated the fact that they were very mindful in my grandmother unfortunately passing away, Expert Masonry offered me their condolences with a bouquet of flowers and a thoughtful card. I would highly recommend this business and their team to anyone considering a bathroom renovation. Marie.

  Chimney rebuild

  The owner, Nick, set a standard as a tradesman that I will be comparing others to in future. On the first phone call, I could tell that he knew a lot about my home without even seeing it. He rescheduled work to fit me in before winter. The initial job unearthed an unsafe chimney - probably the cause of all our years of damp - Nick listened to my concerns and explained options and although it did cost more, I am confident that further investment has avoided a possible chimney collapse sometime in the future. The crew were friendly and offered help & advice. A highly recommmended tradesman.

  Thank you to nick, Paul,harry,Tommy ,Adam,Craig and Liam for all your hard work despite issues with previous structural engineer not connected to expert masonry you have done a fantastic job and we are very happy with the results good luck to you all would recommend expert masonry to anyone .
