    to fix three leaks in my roof, tow on a flat roof and one where the building joiuns an extension

    Harry came and quoted for my works and seemed incredibly knowledgeable, I asked if there was a gurantee, he said yes, 25 years. I went ahead with his company and he carried out the fixes, in pretty bleak December weather. Shortly after this (the first big rainfall) 2 or the three leaks, began leaking again. Harry promised on a couple of occasions to reurn to ammend the problem and them stopped answering my calls or replaying to my messages.
