Although we did not go with Barry, he was prompt with a reply and associated quotes and kept in touch throughout. His quote was competitive and comprehensive.

Absolutely 10 out of 10 all round. We requested a quote for internal wall removal and kitchen refit. Barry was super quick on coming back and came round for a site visit a few days later. Within a few weeks work had started! Ross who worked on our house was brilliant - super keen eye for detail and in constant communication throughout the day. We ended up adding a few extras on which Ross was great at accommodating. Couldn't be happier with the finished result and would 100% recommend!

We contacted Express Building Services to take down an old wooden porch & canopy roof, and replace it with a new brick build. We received a quote in a matter of days with a breakdown of the work required. Once started, Barry and Ross were always on hand to provide updates and help with the work. Their attention to detail, communication and advice was beyond comparison. Always on hand to answer any questions and provided additional work when needed. The finished work was well beyond expectation & I'd be more than happy to enlist their help again for future projects. 10/10 Thanks again!

Absolutely delighted with the job our kitchen fitter did – they fitted our new kitchen and flooring to a fantastic standard. Everything was finished with care and attention to detail, and the result has exceeded our expectations. New herrringbone flooring fitted throughout downstairs too. Communication was great, they turned up on time, worked efficiently, and kept things tidy throughout. They clearly take pride in their work, and it really shows. The flooring ties everything together perfectly. We’ve had loads of compliments and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks for a brilliant job!

From first meeting Barry after getting three quotes, we knew Barry and his team were the ones for our project. Barry immediately made us feel comfortable and gave us straight talking advice to suit our budget. We booked 6 months in advance not thinking for one minute they would be able to start the week we opted for, as obviously other jobs come up in between, but men of their word, Barry and Ross started on the exact same day we planned for. Ross Kept us informed at every stage of the build and all of the team that were ever on site were so respectful of the rest of our property and helpful.
