  Loft conversion to bungalow involving complete replacement of roof

  Express Lofts carried out the loft conversion on our bungalow, which involved the complete removal of the old roof and the construction of a new roof containing three new bedrooms and a new bathroom. They planned the work so that we were able to live in the house throughout. Dean and his team were very friendly and willing to work around us. We were very impressed with the speed and quality of their work and their ability to solve any problems that emerged. We would definitely recommend Express Lofts to anyone considering work of this type.

  Loft conversion

  Express Lofts have recently completed a full loft conversion for us. We are really happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. And we are really happy with the work carried out. Dean and Joe are a really friendly team who completed all works to a high standard, providing advice where needed and keeping us updated on every aspect of the build. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a similar project

  Front loft conversion with joining dormers

  This job was a very challenging job right from the start and these guys worked hard to sort out all the issues that this property threw at them. They were clean, tidy and polite at all times and made sure we knew what was happening at all times. The workmanship is second to none and I would recommend these guys to anyone.

  Full loft conversion

  Express lofts completed our full loft conversion which included a new roof, vaulted ceilings, gutterless drains, large windows and timber cladding. Dean and Joe Rose to every challenge and completed the job to a very high standard. They communicated well throughout the entire project and stuck to the expected timeframe and price. I couldn't recommend highly enough.
