They had ro eeplace a couple of motorised valves and other parts.
Very good value and excellent communication.i needed an electrician too and Charlie arranged his brother to come out and fix an issue. The boiler also needed a service and for years it's been serviced by British Gas. The difference between the work done by Charlie compared to BG was night and day.

Bathroom Repairs
Express Plumbing and Heating were requested to replace two toilet seats and taps and fittings on two bathroom hand basins. All materials were obtained in accordance with our requirements and fitted within an hour and a half. All areas were left in a very clean and tidy state. Communication was excellent as was value for money. Would highly recommend and will use again when required.

I needed Charlie to come And fix my bed, disabled mother-in-law’s toilet
He was professional and kind and a pleasure to do business with. He kept me informed of everything that was going on went out the following day to the property went above and beyond to get it fixed. I would really really recommend this guy.

Sort out plumbing on 2 toilet cisterns and fix a stuck tap
Excellent experience from Charlie who arrived on time and fixed all the issues quickly and was even kind enough to show me what he was doing so that I would be able to carry out similar repairs myself in future. Brilliant work and fixed an issue we had put off from sorting for far too long.

Boiler replacement
Charlie was efficient throughout the process - there was great communication and the jobs completed to a great standard. The house was left very tidy each evening and Charlie was happy to sort a few other minor plumbing issues at the same time as sorting the boiler.

Avoid if possible
Arrived hour late after calling to say will be on time! Drilled 2 x unnecessary view holes 4 inches across each, when 1 smaller one would of done! After that left dirty palm prints over recently decorated walls. Finished up with a “chorus” of leaked water onto my ceiling as didn’t bring a bucket or bothered asking me for one. Please AVOID.

This was a visit for a quote and NO PLUMBING WORK was carried out. The customer was informed of our late arrival twice via phone call and email. I insisted the customer to drill the holes himself but was happy for me to drill them. Patch Repair Offered!
