  Drawings and Planning application from Extension Plans UK

  Extension Plans UK were excellent throughout and obtained our planning permission in spite of many difficulties along the way, most of them from the local council. Rebecca kept us informed all the way and other members of the team joined in as well. In spite of the hiccups and changes they kept to the original quote.

  Architectural drawings for extension

  There wasn’t anything special done. They just did 1 idea and we thought it was good so went with it. I do think other ideas should’ve been shown as we’ve completely changed the internal areas that was suggested originally by the architect as the drawings they supplied showed a very small corner kitchen which didn’t make much sense since I was doing a 4m deep extension and had an existing 2m making it a 6m run where I decided to put kitchen units and have a kitchen there rather than what the architect suggested.

  Nice people, competitive price

  Extension Plans UK did a good job, we had an initial discussion with the head architect, and once we'd agreed to their 'silver package' we mostly dealt with an architectural assistant. She was really good, very happy to help us in getting the plans we wanted and accommodated our requests. The studio administrator was really on it and made sure various documents were sent and organised at the right time.

  Good value for money

  Used ExtensionPlans for a small project. They have been quick to respond and have kept me up to date with the progress of my planning application (which has now been accepted!).

  Great team!

  Great company with brilliant communication and professionalism. Josh the architect has been incredible in his work & speed, Rebecca the head of comms and admin has been thorough, prompt and helpful throughout! Last but not least, we chose this company as the Director; Philip took us through a FREE 40 min consultation to introduce us to the company and gave us some pretty incredible tips and extension design ideas. This really helped the whole process and he gave us some serious value and quality on this call, even before we were customers/clients.

  Highly recommend!!!

  Working with Extension Plans UK has been a fantastic experience. The team have been extremely helpful explaining the process and very quick to respond to all of our questions. The pricing has been extremely transparent, with absolutely no hidden costs. We found the price to be extremely competitive in comparison to other architects we spoke to. The drawings were very clear and we loved the balance between our own suggestions versus the architects expertise. Couldn’t be happier with the service, price and experience!
