High standards and easy to deal with.
After calling and speaking to their office at the end ofthe working day, an engineer arrived within an hour, found the fault to my mains water supply, fixed, tested and cleared up. All this was done in a professional, polite manner and even gave me advice about preventative measures to prolong the life of my boiler even though that was not the purpose of his visit. I have used this company before for a major job and they have always been reliable and work to a very high standard. Their office communication is efficient and engaged with whatever issue I have called them to discuss.

I felt very well looked after and incredibly grateful.
Extremely quick response and visited within an hour. Detected the fault and fixed it immediately restoring the water supply. Thorough checks that all was working before leaving. Professional, courteous and tidy. The engineer was an asset to the company and the office based staff are polite, efficient and eager to help. I felt very well looked after and incredibly grateful.

Replacement Water Main Pipe
After an astronomical water bill, I discovered a water main leak must be present between the meter and the house stopcock, even there was no leaking water visible. The meter indicated water flow with the house supply isolated. I requested quotes from various companies. EMS was the most competitive quote by a huge margin. The work was completely within about 2-3 hours and the guys did a great job with minimal mess and disruption. I would recommend wholeheartedly!

Replaced our old lead pipe
From first contact to the end result, this company has been amazing. The office lady talked me through the method as I was worried about how much mess there would be and she also explained about the water companies lead pipe renewal scheme and how to apply. The two guys turned up at 8am, again talked me through everything. They made minimal mess as they didn’t need to trench my driveway, instead they had just 3 holes and a small hole inside my kitchen. Once finished they reinstated my block paving perfectly. My water flow is now amazing and I no longer have a leak! Highly recommend!!
