John from EPS was the only contractor out of 4 to actually go on the roof and do a full survey and quoted later from his office, the other 2 questioned the cost and 4th never turned up, the work was done safely and professionally and cleaned up after the day’s work was completed, John and Alex were very professional in the way they completed their work

John and Sharron were very organised and got our work booked in a timely fashion. Work carried out was as discussed when John came to do our quote and he asked if we were happy with the job as it was progressing and when it came to a decision to be made. Very neat and tidy work thank you.

This is the 2nd job I’ve had undertaken by External Property Solutions and I would not hesitate in employing them again. I know a good tradesman when I see one having served an apprenticeship myself and John without doubt fits into that category.

Found John via Google, and so glad we did! We needed 2 jobs completing which needed to be done at separate times. We met John and found his advice invaluable regarding our choice of gutters facia’s downpipes, he advised us what we required and how he would install it. Works were completed on time and of a very professional finish. Here’s a tip, pay that little bit more and you get what you pay for.

Great job on the Gable end, very tidy finish. Communication was excellent and would recommend for for any type of roof work.
