    Boiler overfilling / leaking.

    Had a few problems with the combi boiler. On this occasion it was constantly over pressurizing and water coming out of the overflow. Eric diagnosed that the filling loop taps were letting water past and the pressure release valve had activated. New filling loop and taps was fitted with the minimum of fuss. He didn't have a Vaillant original PRV so fitted a generic one. That proved not to be satisfactory so he arrived the following day with a Vaillant one and replaced it. Very satisfied with his work and at a very reasonable price.

    Boiler over pressure, Leaking out of pressure relief pipe.

    Very good, 1 hr to diagnose the problem, came back the next day with the parts and worked for two hours to fit them. Couldn't originally give me a quote as not sure as to part prices, but said it wouldn't be huge. Extremely pleasantly surprised at the final bill. In the past I have had the feeling of being 'ripped off' by tradesmen, but Eric is an absolute gentleman and I would have no hesitation in calling him again.

    Called due to no heating. He called back when he said he would and completed work same day.

    Chose him because of great reviews. And I wasn't let down. So pleased with work done. And great to find someone who actually cared. So many plumbers/engineers have let me down. Thoroughly recommend this one!

    Gas Hob Installation.

    Fitted me in at short notice due to my tight timescale in getting the work completed. Very competitive prices and great work. Would recommend as a professional and honest worker.

    Gas checked in new house, with all appliances which weren't working given thorough clean and once over.

    Fantastic work, Eric was on time and very professional in his approach. He took a lot of care with his work, and took a lot of time to complete to a great standard. Will definitely use in the future for any further work.
