This was a very difficult job. The house was sold with tenants in, and once they vacated we gained access to find pet urine damage throughout the whole property. We hoped removing the carpets would solve it but the buyers reviewed the property with only a month to completion and weren't happy. I rang many people and Chris was the hero of the day! I never met him but he gave me his word, got keys from the agents, carried out the work and we were able to exchange contracts in time. He did a fantastic job without me having to chase or query. Brilliant guy.
