  New extension, new shower room, preparation of kitchen

  The long period of time was exacerbated by local water authority, and was totally beyond Dan's control. He is an excellent project manager, his builders were polite, hardworking and on time. All concerns were promptly addressed, and within the agreed price. We would recommend this team wholeheartedly.

  Ongoing general building contracting and maintenance.

  Shaptor Capital have used Dan and Rob at Faber Developing for many years on our Luxury Residential and Luxury Care projects.   Renovation of entire flat.

  Very happy with the work from Faber. The team were very polite, and Dan kept us informed the whole way through with any changes or suggestions that were needed. We have just moved in and it feels great to be living somewhere, where the buildings works were done with ease. We are very happy.

  Rear extension, full house refurbishment

  I used Faber on this development project and will continue to work with them on future projects. The finish was very high and they are easy to work with, delivering on time and on budget.
