Came to look at my dishwasher, to see if it could be repaired. Communication was okay. But this is where positiety ends in this review. Being referred to as 'darling' is not acceptable. requesting I take photo's to show my husband what is wrong, erm we are not in the 1950's Pressing a reset button then taking off side and replacing it and top incorrectly not okay Charing £60 for this service, ridiculous! Would not recommend this person to anyone.

I had a problem with my fridge\freezer and Yousaf came out the same day to take a look. He ordered a part which came in 2 days and he was out that same day to fix. I was charged a fair price for the work. Excellent service and 100% recommended.

Really quick service and spotted the problem quickly. I had originally booked for a Saturday, but the engineer was available and came the day I booked the repair. Good local firm and I would definitely use them again.

Yousaf got in touch quickly to discuss problem and arranged to visit on the next working day. He quickly identified the problem as blocked pipes under my sink as the reason for my machine failing to drain. He cleared out the blockages and my machine is now working again. He explained what he did and what else to look out for so I can try and sort the problem myself if it happens again. Price was as quoted and very reasonable. So happy I don't need to buy a machine and that Yousaf was able to fix the problem so fast.
