Fair Oak Air Conditioning have just installed 2 a/c units. The team of Adam, Barry and Nathan have been courteous and professional throughout the whole process. A really neat job which was thoroughly tested and the remote and app explained. I would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone who needs a great a/c system. Now bring on the next heatwave!

In my hour of need at 16:00 on a Friday I put out a call to Fair Oak Air Conditioning, within an hour the technician was on site and working. The Technician was polite, informative and professional. The repairs fixed my problem and saved my weekend's trading. The fee charged was so fair that I thought he was joking at first. This is some good old fashioned customer service, a rarity nowdays. I'd recommend F.O.A.C. to anyone in need of commercial or domestic AC or refrigeration assistance. I really can't put in to this little text box just how much help these guys were, thanks again!

FOAC was very professional and transparent, came to diagnose my air conditioning that wasn’t working. Fixed it there and then!
