    Toilet flush system fixed

    Robert arrived on time and was friendly and helpful, talking me through the work he completed. He even manages to source a part more cheaply than expected so charged less the the quoted price. We will definitely call him again when we next need a plumber.

    Landlord's Gas Check

    Rob is a super friendly and decent guy, and carried out the work really quickly and professionally. He messaged us in the morning to give us an hour timeslot and (and this is oddly quite rare these days!) he arrived exactly when he said he would! Would highly recommend!

    New radiator

    Top quality, professional and clear. He replaced a radiator for us which wasn't as simple as it sounds due to being on plasterboard which wouldn't hold the new heavier one. He organised the full installation, sticking with it after lockdown paused activity. Will definitely use again.

    Replacement Combi Boiler

    Rob was excellent, explained things very clearly and gave great customer service, the job came in on budget and we are very pleased with the new boiler. We will be using Fair Plumbing again should we need too.

    Pipe caps refitted and system refilled

    Rob was really helpful, coming out last minute to fix a leak we had created doing some DIY. He sorted out the problem quickly and gave us some good recommendations for future work. He was especially careful regarding hygiene as this was done during lockdown which we really appreciate.

    New combi boiler

    Very pleased. The estimate was competitive. He came back to rectify a minor problem the next morning. I will use him again to service the new boiler and for plumbing work as he also fitted the plumbing parts of our new kitchen.
