We recently had all the windows and doors in our house replaced by Fair Trade Windows and were really pleased with the service from start to finish. There was no pressure to commit at any stage, and communication throughout was easy, friendly, and professional. The fitters were respectful of our home, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. It’s clear this family-run business genuinely cares about its customers and the quality of its work. We’d happily recommend them to others.

I employed this company to do my doors, they were efficient punctual and very knowledgeable regarding their profession and products. They were clean friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Their skill and workmanship was top notch and products were exactly what we needed and requested. Would highly recommend.

Peter came out to measure up - something other window company’s seemed reluctant to do, and he readily understood what was needed. The quote came through quickly and was reasonable, and installation was speedy, efficient and super clean. Fairtrade are hands down THE best glazing company in the UK. They have an incredible level of customer service ensuring they design the perfect style, colour and fit for your glazing requirements. They produce the most beautiful quality of windows I have ever seen - and this is my 4th home renovation- using 3 different glazing companies prior to Fairtrade. They fit the windows with no fuss and went the extra mile to ensure the trims were all the highest quality. Then to top it off they are the sweetest group of men (which is very important when they are working in your home). V impressed.

Peter, Sam, Liam and the team were great. Had a set of 11 timber windows fitted by them supplied by Bereco. Struggled to find anyone giving a clear quote and Peter did immediately. Comms from him was the best I’ve ever had from a trades person - Peter replied quickly and answered the phone whenever I called (even on holiday!) They arrived and finished when they said and tidied after themselves. The windows we ordered were expensive and much heavier than PVC but they fitted them without fuss or complaint. Highly recommend Fairtrade.
