Was due to come to confirm cause of damage and provide quote. Was 15mins late, and because another trade turned up 15mins early and they arrived at the same time, he said don’t worry about it as we have someone coming, he’s too busy. Very unprofessional and poor attitude. Even the other tradesman were surprised by his comment

Quick to respond and came around the next day to price up (Christmas Eve). All done and dusted by 3rd January. They were quick, efficient and left no mess - what is not to like? They were both brilliant and were not phased by how awkward it was to fit these vents. Will happy use these guys again without fail.

Steve came round to price up the job quickly, talked me through the process of replacing a roof and answered all my questions. Work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Left tidy and reassured any questions to not hesitate to call. Won’t hesitate to use fairways again for any other jobs.

I contacted Steve and asked him to quote for the installation of two roof vents. He attended when he said he would, was direct about what was needed and clear about what my choices were. Polite, efficient and friendly, I am sure I'll be calling him again.

I asked for a few jobs to be done. Firstly, the front and side paths were jet washed, then the backdoor step was repaired and a new access ramp built round the back. There was some settling damage on a back wall that was repaired and finally the front corner roof tiles needed reseating as they had come loose and damaged the felting underneath. I was so please that all this could be managed by one company, without any fuss. They were friendly, professional and tidied all the rubbish away. Super job, thank you so much. Definitely my first call for any future jobs I need doing.
