Complete refurbishment, including rewiring, plumbing, bathroom, kitchen, carpentry and redecoration
I can’t praise Falcon builders enough. They have a fantastic team of highly skilled people which meant that my complex (and stressful) refurbishment was managed professionally from end to end. From dealing with damp and asbestos issues to undertaking complete rewiring, replumbing, carpentry, windows, redecoration, kitchen and bathroom installation. I don’t know how I would have completed this project without the steady guidance and support of Eddie, Ryan and the team. They have been a joy to work with and the end result is the beautiful home they have created for me. I highly recommend them
Loft conversion, general renovation and rear extension
I can’t rate Falcon builders enough, a trust worthy family run business with years of knowledge. I trusted Eddie, Ryan and workers throughout the whole process. They extended and renovated my two bedroom house into a 4 bedroom with exceptional work. Nothing to complain all workers had the highest respect whilst the work took place and always showed up on time and completed within time frame. I will be using them in the future and have no worry to recommend them to friends and family.
Sorted out creaking staircase and floors all around the house. Also replaced kitchen tiles.
Highly recommend! The staircase needed sorting out from underneath. It now feels like brand new! Exceptional work from Alan and Nigel. The kitchen tiles have also been done immaculately. Having used Falcon Builders before, I find Eddie's team to be extremely professional and helpful. I can't speak of them highly enough and will definitely use their services again.
Tiling over concrete steps
Eddie’s man, Alan is a fine tiler. He made an excellent job tiling my steps which were very worn and badly in need of repair. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Refurbishment
Eddie Ford and his team have yet again completed an efficient and timely piece of redecoration. In addition he found and solved a number of additional minor fixes that were required in the property.
Repair work after finding damp
After finding damp in my flat due to a leaking pipe from the floor above me, I contacted Falcon Builders having used them before and once again was really pleased with the fast response, friendly service and good work that I got from the team. Within 48 hours of making the phone call, my hallway had been re-painted and they even touched up my ceiling so that you can't see there has ever been an issue. I find Falcon Builders to be the most reliable painters/ decorators, carpenters and builders.
Demolishing garage, clearing rubbish and erecting new boundary fence
The demolishing and clearing of our very dilapidated garage was done safely and efficiently. The new boundary fence is a great improvement looking smart and secure and the neighbors are pleased too. The team doing the work were very diligent and friendly whilst still respecting social distancing when dealing with my elderly mother.
Two fully new bathrooms and installation of new boiler and cylinder
Falcon Builders did a fantastic job for us and I would certainly recommend them. The finish is excellent (better than I've seen elsewhere) and they are very reliable. When there is an issue they go the extra mile to find a solution and they are very reasonable when it comes to pricing considering the service they offer. Highly recommend and I am using them again soon for some other work we need doing.
Two new bathrooms and new boiler/cylinder
Falcon Builders did a great job for the installation of two new bathrooms (full refurb) and new boiler/cylinder. They are reliable, trustworthy, good communicators and did an excellent job. I am planning to use them again and already have plans for them to do more work for us. Highly recommended
Bathroom Refurb
Highly recommend! Very happy with the finish. Extremely professional and finished the job in 2 weeks (medium sized bathroom). All rubbish cleared after completion. Would definitely use them again.
